We believe everyone should feel welcome here – and that starts with making your visit easy to plan and even easier to enjoy.
That’s why we’ve teamed up with AccessAble to create a full accessibility guide to Cabot Circus. It’s packed with helpful info – from facts and figures to photos – so you can know exactly what to expect.
Arriving by car? If you’re in need of a bit of extra space, we’ve got 75 accessible parking bays inside The Cabot Circus Car Park. You’ll find them on the Ground floor and Level 3.
If you’re travelling with the family? There are also 74 dedicated family spaces available on the Ground floor and Level 3 to make loading buggies, bags (and the kids) as stress-free as possible.
Need more space or specialist support? You’ll find a Changing Places toilet in our Ground Floor toilet lobby – complete with a hoist and rise-and-fall bed.
Designed with older families and people with disabilities in mind.
Just ask a member of the team for a Radar key to access it whenever you need it.
📍Location: Level 1 Toilet Lobby, just past Frankie & Benny's

Today, Cubbie is partnering with schools, local authorities, NHS trusts and healthcare services, workplaces, public spaces, and essential services to deliver standardised, personalised sensory support for everyone.
Wherever you're heading to high street favourites or independent eats, we’ve made getting around Cabot Circus easy.
You’ll find lift access to every level, so wheelchairs, buggies and tired legs are all sorted.
Accessible toilets are available throughout the centre too, designed with comfort, space and privacy in mind.
