Bristol Light Festival is Back

From 19 to 28 February 2026, Bristol Light Festival returns to the city, with Cabot Circus hosting the festival’s headline installations by internationally acclaimed artist Liz West.

For the first time, the festival arrives in a brand-new location at Cabot Circus Car Park, Level 7. If you’ve visited in previous years when installations were based in Quakers Friars, be sure to head straight to Level 7 to experience this year’s must-see artworks.

What you’ll see on Level 7

Our Colour Reflection, by Liz West
A floor-based installation made from hundreds of coloured acrylic mirrored discs. As you move through the space, the light, the architecture, and even you become part of the artwork.

First shown in Bristol a decade ago, this striking work returns in a bold reworked format, now double the size, with a bigger, brighter immersion into colour, light and perception.
